Daniel H. Kline, Esq.
Daniel H. Kline, Esq. is an experienced attorney licensed in New Jersey State and Federal Courts, New York State Court, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Daniel is also a FINRA Dispute Resolution Arbitrator. Daniel has successfully represented a wide array of clients including commercial and residential real estate developers, municipalities, land use boards, government agencies, elected officials, political candidates, businesses, and insurance carriers.
Daniel previously served on the Roxbury Township Council, where he was the youngest-elected Councilman in Roxbury’s 275+ year history. Daniel also earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School while serving as a Councilman; he was awarded the Governor’s Executive Fellowship from the Eagleton Institute of Politics, and volunteered his time teaching elementary school students in Newark with the esteemed Rutgers Street Law program. Daniel also advocated for community justice with the Rutgers Constitutional Rights Clinic.
Before pursuing his legal education, Daniel gained valuable experience as a Legislative Aide for two New Jersey Congressmembers as well as a Member of the New Jersey Assembly, which gave him a strong background in political advocacy, public policy, and government affairs on a State and Federal level. Daniel’s unique background taught him how to successfully advocate for his clients by efficiently navigating complex legal and political situations.
Daniel earned his B.A. in History and Political Science with a minor in Psychology from Rutgers College, Rutgers University – New Brunswick, during which time he competed as a pole vaulter on the Rutgers Track & Field team and was also a member of the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity.

Marcus Sinclair, Esq.
Marcus Sinclair, Esq., is a first year Associate with Simmons Law, L.L.C., a recent graduate of Rutgers Law School Newark, Marcus has spent most of his legal career working on behalf of the residents of New Jersey.
Marcus Graduated from Montclair State University in 2021 and participated in several legal internships in preparation for his Law School and subsequent legal careers.
Prior to Law School, Marcus worked for the Attorney General of New Jersey under the Divisions of Consumer Affairs and Specialized Crimes. In Law School, Marcus worked for New Jersey Transit as part of their contract review and procurement team to keep the trains on track.
Marcus has legal experience within the practice areas Criminal Law, Civil Rights, Employment, and Real Estate and took his oath of Bar admission on January 24, 2025.
